Pricing Structure
Middleton Glen offers an extraordinary value for people looking for services and amenities, but still want the luxury of deciding what is best for their lifestyle.
All of our spacious apartment homes have a one-time Entrance Fee component as well as a Monthly Fee component. The amount of your Entrance Fee will depend primarily on the size of the apartment you select. Larger apartments will carry higher Entrance Fees than smaller apartments. It might be helpful to know that our Entrance Fees start as low as about $72,300 for one of our smallest apartment homes on the Plan A option and $130,000 for the Plan B Option!
Our Monthly Fees are also determined, in part, by the size of the apartment you choose. They are designed to cover many of your daily living expenses which makes it easier for you to live on a budget and plan for the future.
You’ll also have unlimited access to all of the many fine amenities we offer at Middleton Glen including a planned calendar of social activities, entertainment, community committees, scheduled transportation, and exercise & wellness programs.
